About Us

Our History goes back over 60 years in Fullerton and North Orange County, California. Dr. Clifford Terry founded the Terry Eye Institute with the vision of advancing eye care with state-of-the-art technology and compassion. Dr. Terry was a world-renowned eye surgeon, inventor, and pioneered the use of surgical intraocular lens implants.

Since then, the doctors at Brilliant Eye Center have provided excellent eye care to patients using the latest technology and medical advancements.

While modern medicine is becoming increasingly corporate, we pride ourselves on being a small, community-based practice. Exceptional patient care is our biggest priority, and we remain committed to treating each of our patients with the care they deserve.
